What time should I expect you to arrive?
1. When booking an appointment, you’ll receive a 2-hour arrival window (e.g., 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM).
2. Our groomer will contact you when they’re headed your way with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) within that window.
